37.7. Up to 31 December 2009, the following provisions of this Regulation do not apply to a vehicle assembled before January 1999:
(1)  subparagraph a of subparagraph 7 of the first paragraph of section 4;
(2)  subparagraph c of subparagraph 8 of the first paragraph of section 4;
(3)  subparagraph b of subparagraph 9 of the first paragraph of section 4.
